Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this page to enter comments and a change number for any changes that you make to the Excel file after it is imported to/exported from Cobra.

Field Description
Change number Use this field to enter or select a change number.
Change comment Use this field to enter a comment for the transaction.
Significant Select this checkbox if a change is flagged as significant. Changes flagged as significant are broken out and shown as individual entries in the IPMR Format 3 report, while non-significant changes are grouped together and displayed as Others. By default, this checkbox is cleared.
